My neighborhood
a. I just moved in days ago. This is a very convenient neighborhood, grocery stores, barber shops, restaurants, a laundromat and a supermarket are near this place.

b. There’re several banks in my neighborhood, all of them are equipped with ATMs, which enables the drawing and depositing of money anytime.
我家社区有好几家银行, 每家都有ATM机, 任何时候都可以存取钱.
c. You can’t find any supermarkets here; we have to drive to downtown to shop for daily necessities or food. Small neighborhood shops are available here, but the items there are less.
这没有超市. 我们要开车去市中心买日用品和食物. 附近的小商店也有, 但物品太少了.

e. I think the Internet café is in front of the post office. And the gym is between the coffee shop and the drugstore. What a convenient neighborhood.
我想网吧就在邮局的前面. 健身房在咖啡厅和药店的中间. 多便利的社区啊.
f. The park is just across from the street; we work out in the morning, and take a walk after dinner there. It’s nice to have a park near our neighborhood.
街对面就有个公园. 早上可以在那儿锻炼，晚餐后去那儿散步. 在社区附近就有个公园真好.
g. The movie theatre is just a few minutes from here, right across from the shopping center. So we go to movies quite a lot.

h. We don’t have a book store near here, there’s a big one about six blocks from here, a bus can easily take you there.

i. Though we have a Parking lot here, the parking space is always unavailable cause there’re more cars. Most of the time, we park our cars on the street.

My neighborhood has almost got everything: supermarkets, parking lots, beauty salons, restaurants and schools.
